Whether you\’re a night owl or an early riser, we’ve got a shift that could suit you. We’re hiring Production Supervisors to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Spalding. If you thrive on the factory floor (not behind a desk), and enjoy leading from the front – read on. Shift Patterns Available: Days: 3’s & 2’s – 06:00–18:00 Nights: 3’s & 2’s– 18:00–06:00 (Flexible options depending on your preference) What you’ll be doing: This isn’t a clipboard and office kind of role. It’s about owning the shift, leading your team, and keeping things moving, even when plans change – as they often do in food production.
