Production Shift Manager in Food Manufacturing.
Location: Lancashire
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 2pm-10pm.
This role requires someone to take ownership and provide direction. You will lead the 2-10 operation across 3 production lines, managing a team of around 40 off-season, rising to 75 at peak.
The focus is on building consistency, supporting the Team Leaders, and improving performance across the shift.
The business is financially stable, with a 10% year-on-year growth and plans to invest in automation over the next 12 months.
There is an opportunity to establish yourself as a key part of the team and grow into the number two and eventual successor for the Factory Manager.
