Food Manufacturing in South Yorkshire. ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ65,000 + Bonus and up to 10% matched pension.

This isn’t one of those roles where you inherit chaos and spend 6 months firefighting. This is a well-run, high-volume operation that now needs someone to push it from good to properly impressive.

You’ll be leading a team of 300+ across key production areas in a 24/7 environment. Not by standing on the side-lines, but by being visible, credible, and actually making things better. You’ll work closely with all departments, challenge processes, drive standards, and turn “we’ve always done it this way” into something far more effective.

The team is stable, experienced, and capable. They don’t need micromanaging; they need someone who can bring them with you, raise the bar, and keep things moving forward without disrupting what already works. No gimmicks. No nonsense. Just a role where you can actually have an impact.

What’s in it for you? This role has opened up as the previous incumbent has moved into a new position, following their manager’s own progression. It’s a business that can genuinely give you the platform to grow your career and build a strong reputation working with some of the UK’s biggest customers.

There are a few things you’ll need:

  • Experience in leading large teams in fast-paced food manufacturing
  • Exposure to High-Risk Food Manufacturing environments
  • How to improve performance without alienating people
  • As focused on culture as you are on output

The package: ÂŁ60,000 - ÂŁ65,000 Performance based bonus. Pension matched up to 10%.
