About the Role

As a Site Services Engineer you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising the site’s core utilities infrastructure. You’ll be working within a dedicated engineering team responsible for ensuring high levels of reliability across:

  • Refrigeration systems
  • Boilers and steam systems
  • Site utilities (compressed air, water, energy distribution, etc.)
  • Support to production through robust plant performance and quick response when needed

You don’t need to be an expert in every utility area from day one. What matters is strong engineering fundamentals, a proactive mindset, and the ability to get hands-on with a wide range of equipment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully qualified Mechanical Engineer (multi-skilled or some electrical competency beneficial)
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, utilities, or related engineering environments
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider engineering team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to maintenance
  • Willingness to learn and develop in specialist utility disciplines
