National Account Manager (Food Manufacturing)– Grocery Retail Warwick (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site) ÂŁ45,000 – ÂŁ50,000 + ÂŁ6,000 Car Allowance You take ownership, drive sales, and make things happen. That’s exactly what we need in this National Account Manager role, managing two well-known brands in the grocery retail space. If you’ve got experience selling into supermarkets, discounters, or major retailers—and you know how to build relationships, solve problems, and grow accounts—this could be your next move. Managing and growing key grocery retail accounts—looking after existing customers while hunting for new opportunities. Delivering sales and category plans—making sure they’re not just on budget, but overperforming. Owning trade marketing and category management—in-store and online. Tracking promotions and trade spend—because ROI matters. Food/ FMCG sales experience, ideally in grocery retail. Someone with a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills—you know your way around a spreadsheet. Experience in branded food is ideal, but if you’re in own-label and want that branded exposure, let’s talk. A passion for food and the ability to represent the brands with energy and enthusiasm. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word—because you’ll need them.
