Responsibilities for the NPD Technologist:
- Supporting the development of new food products from concept through to launch
- Assisting with factory trials, product sampling, and product evaluations
- Working closely with Technical, Production, Quality, and Commercial teams
- Helping maintain accurate product specifications and technical documentation
- Assisting with customer submissions and product approvals
- Ensuring all products meet food safety, quality, and retailer standards
- Supporting continuous improvement and innovation projects across the site
