I'm recruiting for a Facilities Manager on behalf of a Food Manufacturing business based in London.
Someone to take full ownership of the utilities, infrastructure and compliance that make a high-volume production facility actually function.
Steam. Refrigeration. Water treatment. HVAC. Electrical systems. Statutory compliance.
Not "support functions." The backbone of the operation.

The Role
You'll lead the Site Services team. Full accountability for safe, compliant, efficient delivery of every utility and engineering service on site.
Real responsibility, not a watered-down title.
You're the expert people come to β on critical systems, on contractors, on compliance, on planned maintenance, on energy efficiency, on making things better than they were yesterday.
You'll also be in the room for capital projects, business continuity planning, and the bigger conversations about site performance.

- What You'll Need
Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, processing, utilities, or another highly regulated industrial setting.
Plus
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Loller experience
- Experience with DAF
- Solid grip on statutory engineering compliance
- Track record managing utilities and critical infrastructure
- Working knowledge of pressure systems, legionella, ammonia, confined spaces
- Proven leadership in engineering or facilities operations
- The ability to hold your own with stakeholders at every level
