HR Advisor – Food Manufacturing - £30,000 to £35,000 Long Sutton | Hybrid | Permanent It’s a hands-on operational HR role where you’ll be visible across the site rather than stuck behind a desk. The site is going through a major transformation following an £80m investment, so there’s plenty happening — and HR is right in the middle of it. You’ll support around 450–550 employees, working closely with managers across the site and getting involved in: Employee relations, disciplinaries and grievances Absence management and Occupational Health Coaching and advising line managers Recruitment and onboarding Employee engagement and retention HR projects and continuous improvement Trade union and employee relations HR reporting, systems and compliance What’s needed? Ideally 3–5 years' generalist HR experience, with solid ER and absence management exposure. FMCG/manufacturing experience would be a big plus, alongside CIPD or equivalent experience. Hybrid setup with a WFH Friday. Plus 25 days' holiday + birthday, 14.5% pension, option to buy 5 additional days and enhanced family-friendly benefits.
