We are currently recruiting experienced Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FMCG / food manufacturing site in the Grimsby area. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast‑paced production environment with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Shifts Available: Days, evenings, and rotating shifts available.
The Role: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production equipment through both planned and reactive maintenance, helping to minimise downtime and keep production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive breakdown repairs
- Fault finding on mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Working safely in line with food manufacturing standards
About You:
- Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar environment
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills
- Confident fault‑finding under pressure
- Team‑focused with a proactive approach
- Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ / HNC / apprenticeship or equivalent)
