The role:
- Coaching and developing line managers to build their people management capability
- Managing employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary and performance issues
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity

- Advising managers on employment law and HR best practice
- Supporting reward activities, including annual bonus processes
- Getting involved in HR projects that improve the employee experience
