The Role

We\’re looking for a passionate Development Chef who can take new product concepts from that first spark of inspiration right through to bakery and factory trial stage. You\’ll combine culinary flair with commercial awareness to deliver food that excites consumers and performs consistently in large-scale production.

You\’ll be responsible for:

• Creating fresh, exciting, and commercially viable new product ideas
• Developing recipes from kitchen concept through to bakery trials
• Benchmarking, tracking trends, and bringing innovative flavour ideas to life
• Working closely with NPD Technologists, Process, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Supporting customer presentations with confident, engaging product demonstrations
• Ensuring all recipes meet technical, nutritional, and cost requirements

About You

• Strong understanding of ingredients, process capability, and food trends
