Ever spent months developing a product, only for it to fall over when it hits the factory? Not here. This role is all about making great products work in the real world. You'll take bakery products from concept through to launch, running trials, tweaking recipes, solving problems and working closely with Operations, Technical and Development teams to make sure products leave the development kitchen and successfully make it onto the production line. You'll have the freedom to manage your own projects, rather than waiting for someone to tell you what to do next.
