Hygiene Supervisor Location: Leicestershire Shift Pattern: Nightshift (will disclose shifts on further communication) The Role I am recruiting on behalf of a hugely successful business in Leicestershire who are looking for a Hygiene Supervisor. The main part of this role is to lead a team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the Hygiene Team adheres to hygiene processes and COSHH regulations. Oversee and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules to meet required standards. Monitor the condition of equipment, tools, and PPE, reporting any issues. Promote a strong Health and Safety culture. Drive continuous improvement in hygiene processes. Train and develop team members, addressing any skill gaps. Liaise with external labour providers, providing performance feedback. Communicate effectively with other departments. Participate in audits and high-profile visits. Step in for management when required. Please note- this role includes physical and manual work; you’ll be on your feet a lot!
