Food Manufacturing in West London
Salary: Competitive and confidential, with a strong package aligned to the local market.
This role isn't about maintaining the status quo. It's about joining a major FMCG manufacturing operation that is investing heavily in safety, culture, compliance and continuous improvement - and giving you the platform to make a genuine impact.
You'll sit as part of the site leadership team, reporting directly into the Site Director, with the autonomy to influence decisions, challenge behaviours and drive standards across a complex manufacturing environment.
This isn't a "tick-box" HSE role. You'll be responsible for embedding a proactive safety culture, improving engagement across all departments, driving environmental compliance, leading audits, reducing incidents and ensuring health, safety and environmental standards remain at the forefront of everything the site does.
The successful person will be comfortable operating at all levels - from coaching operators on the shop floor to influencing senior leadership and external stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Health, Safety & Environmental leadership experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- NEBOSH qualified as a minimum
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance, risk management and audit standards
- Experience driving behavioural safety and cultural change
- Someone who can influence, coach and challenge positively
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being visible within the operation
What's in it for you?
- A highly visible leadership role
- Genuine autonomy to shape site culture
- Support from a wider central HSE function
- Opportunity to lead meaningful change rather than simply maintain standards
- Long-term career progression within a large and successful manufacturing group
If you're an HSE professional who wants to leave a lasting mark on a site rather than simply keep the wheels turning, I'd be keen to speak with you.
