The business is entering an exciting phase of significant capital investment and expansion, with multiple large-scale projects planned across its UK site network. To support this growth, they are looking to appoint a Group Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept through to delivery.

The Opportunity

This is not a maintenance role. This is about building for the future. You’ll be responsible for delivering major group-wide projects, including:

  • Factory rebuilds, expansions, and large-scale overhauls
  • Strategic capital investment projects across multiple sites
  • End-to-end project leadership: feasibility, design, delivery, and handover
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, site teams, and external partners

You’ll have genuine autonomy, visibility at board level, and the chance to leave a lasting footprint on a growing, forward-thinking organisation.

About You

You’ll be an experienced project professional with a track record of delivering large, complex projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience delivering multi-site or group-level projects
  • Background in food manufacturing or a similar high-care / high-compliance environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and influence

Most importantly, you’ll align with a business where values, behaviours, and culture genuinely matter, not just words on a wall.

What’s on Offer

  • Generous salary and benefits package
  • Long-term career opportunity within a stable, well-invested group
  • Exposure to some of the most significant projects in the business’s history
  • A collaborative, people-focused culture with strong leadership

Why Apply?

Opportunities like this don’t come around often. If you’re looking for a role where you can drive change, deliver meaningful projects, and be part of a business doing things the right way, this one is worth a conversation.
