The Role:

  • Diagnosing faults across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems
  • Repairing plant and equipment efficiently and safely
  • Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
  • Working closely with the production team to maintain output levels
  • Collaborating effectively with other engineers on site

This is a true multi-skilled maintenance role with plenty of variety. 3 shift pattern, weekly rotating - 5am till 2pm / 12pm till 9pm / 4pm till 1am. £46,100

What’s Required:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • A completed apprenticeship (mechanical, electrical or control systems)
  • A strong mix of electrical and mechanical engineering skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings
