The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

We are currently recruiting Maintenance Engineers for a leading FMCG manufacturing site based in Scunthorpe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established engineering team within a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for engineers looking to develop their skills further, as extensive training and development opportunities are provided across both mechanical and electrical disciplines.

Shifts Available: 4 on 4 off days/nights

The Role:

  • Supporting the smooth operation of production lines through both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Reactive breakdown repairs
  • Fault finding on mechanical and/or electrical systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement and reliability improvements
  • Working in line with strict food manufacturing and hygiene standards

About You:

  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or fast-paced production environments preferred
  • Mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Team-focused and proactive attitude
