Someone who thrives on detail, builds strong relationships, and keeps customer projects moving when the pressure is on. The role You’ll manage customer critical paths end to end, leading process-driven projects and acting as the main contact for retailer launches. You’ll take ownership of trials, outputs, meetings and actions, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll also help coach and develop a team of technologists , and step in for the Process Manager when needed. What you’ll be doing Owning customer projects from concept to launch Managing critical paths in line with a structured launch process Leading process-led customer visits Turning trials into actions: documentation, samples, testing and sign-off Driving post-trial meetings and close-out Working closely with production, QA, technical and commercial teams Supporting HACCP, food safety and process improvement initiatives Coaching and developing your team What you’ll bring Experience in food manufacturing (chilled / FMCG ideal) Strong knowledge of concept-to-launch processes Confidence working with customers and internal stakeholders Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset Understanding of HACCP and allergen controls Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail Why it matters Because great launches don’t happen by chance.
