We’re looking for an Engineering Team Leader to take charge of a small team on the night shift at a well-established manufacturing site. You’ll be the point of contact for all things engineering overnight – giving the team direction, keeping standards high, and ensuring smooth handovers to day shift with clear updates on performance, issues, and progress.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading a small team of engineers through night shifts
