As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be part of a skilled team keeping production running smoothly, from planned maintenance and fault finding to continuous improvement projects. You’ll work across electrical, mechanical, and automated systems, so every shift offers something different. An electrical bias would be ideal, but we’re open to strong multi-skilled engineers who can stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, clean manufacturing setting.
Requirements- Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience in food manufacturing or a clean, high-care environment (essential)
- Working knowledge of motors, pneumatics, and sensors
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and safe working practices
- £55,000 salary plus £1,500 sign-on bonus
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern, days & nights. Half the year off!
