A leading FMCG manufacturer is looking to hire a Reliability Engineer at their lead manufacturing site and is ready to speak to people right away. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a key part in ensuring peak performance is achieved and maintained on site.

Responsibilities for the Reliability Engineer:- Developing and implementing planned maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime and prevent failures.
- Applying root cause analysis and advanced fault-finding to improve MTBF and MTTR metrics.
- Working with other teams and functions on site to drive continuous improvement across the whole engineering department.
- Supporting the engineering department's strategic vision for energy, equipment and asset care.
- Creating SOPs and sharing engineering knowledge across the wider team.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (or time-served apprenticeship).
- Proven experience in a reliability or maintenance role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ideally within FMCG.
- Experience with PLCs, MMI and SCADA systems.
- Confident working cross-functionally and communicating at all levels.
