Site Based in Wrexham with some Travel

A Diversity & Inclusion Manager to help shape, drive and embed an inclusive culture across a growing manufacturing business.
The role
You'll work closely with senior leadership, HR, and operational teams to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion isn't just something the business talks about — it's something people experience.
You'll be responsible for creating and delivering initiatives that improve attraction, retention, engagement and development across the workforce.
- Developing and delivering the company's D&I strategy
- Building programmes that support diversity, equity and inclusion across the business
- Partnering with recruitment teams to attract diverse talent
- Supporting retention, progression and employee development initiatives
- Delivering training around inclusion, unconscious bias and workplace culture
- Analysing workforce data and reporting progress to senior stakeholders
- Working with external organisations and community partners to strengthen inclusion initiatives

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
