This role is about doing something that actually makes a difference. A Diversity & Inclusion Manager to help shape, drive and embed an inclusive culture across a growing manufacturing business.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, HR, and operational teams to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion isn't just something the business talks about — it's something people experience. You'll be responsible for creating and delivering initiatives that improve attraction, retention, engagement and development across the workforce.

  • Developing and delivering the company's D&I strategy
  • Building programmes that support diversity, equity and inclusion across the business
  • Partnering with recruitment teams to attract diverse talent
  • Supporting retention, progression and employee development initiatives
