The Role
- Diagnosing faults across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems
- Repairing plant and equipment efficiently and safely
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
- Working closely with the production team to maintain output levels
- Collaborating effectively with other engineers on site
This is a true multi-skilled maintenance role with plenty of variety.
Whats Required:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- A completed apprenticeship (mechanical, electrical or control systems)
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
- A strong mix of electrical and mechanical engineering skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and engineering drawings
- Confident IT skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
