- Identifying aged debt, stock, and process inefficiencies—and doing something about them
- Leading regular team briefs and being the go-to voice for internal comms
- Owning key systems (SAP, M3, CRM, IBP)—and ensuring your team can too
- Coaching and developing your people to build a tight, high-performing function
- Collaborating across departments to drive service levels, margins and customer happiness
What we’re looking for:
- People management experience (team of 4+ minimum)
- FMCG or manufacturing sector background, ideally within internal sales or customer service
- Confident Excel and PowerPoint user—comfortable creating reports and sales models
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder at every level
- Calm under pressure, sharp on detail, and commercially switched on
- A confident decision-maker with a hands-on, forward-thinking approach
This will be a site-based role, 5 days per week.
