Due to expansion, this Utilities role is adding to the ever growing structure of the site. With a number of sites across the UK, this specific site is one to be part of! Your main responsibility is to ensure all site utilities are run safely, efficiently and in line with regulations. You will also lead maintenance, manage contractors, respond to emergencies and implement energy-saving initiatives, all while supporting budgets, hygiene standards and a positive working environment.

The company is open to experienced engineers within utilities or if you are looking to go in a different direction to your standard "maintenance engineering" roles, then this is the move you need!

What You’ll Do:
  • Keep all site utilities running safely & efficiently
  • Maintain boilers, compressed air, water treatment, effluent systems
  • Lead contractors & manage day-to-day operations
  • Respond to emergencies & breakdowns
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental standards
Who You Are:
  • Qualified Maintenance Engineer (Electrically biased, NVQ Level 3+)
  • Hands-on & proactive with planned & reactive maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge across utilities systems
  • Positive, flexible, team player
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with steam boilers, compressed air, effluent/wastewater treatment
