- Keeping mechanical and electrical systems running like clockwork, identifying, and fixing faults with precision.
- Supporting predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and other cutting-edge tools.
- Working with production teams to improve performance, reduce waste, and make processes smarter.
- Mentoring apprentices and junior engineers, helping them grow while sharing your hands-on expertise.
- Driving Lean improvements, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, to tackle recurring issues and boost efficiency.
Strong hands-on experience in multi-skilled maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic). Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments, ideally with CBM or predictive maintenance experience. Familiarity with CMMS systems for work planning and reporting.
