The Role- Lead, coach and develop the engineering shift team, promoting a high-performance and safety-first culture.
- Support ongoing site investment and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing manufacturing capability and reliability.
- Deliver proactive and reactive maintenance strategies to maximise equipment performance and uptime.
- Provide technical expertise across automated manufacturing systems and support fault finding activities on complex equipment.
- Drive best practice in asset care, reliability, and engineering standards throughout the site.
- Work closely with apprentices and junior engineers, mentoring and supporting the development of future engineering talent.
- Assist in implementing new technologies.
