What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping mechanical and electrical systems running like clockwork, identifying, and fixing faults with precision.
  • Supporting predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and other cutting-edge tools.
  • Working with production teams to improve performance, reduce waste, and make processes smarter.
  • Mentoring apprentices and junior engineers, helping them grow while sharing your hands-on expertise.
  • Driving Lean improvements, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, to tackle recurring issues and boost efficiency.
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational standards are always met.

What You Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience in multi-skilled maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic).
  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments, ideally with CBM or predictive maintenance experience.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems for work planning and reporting.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working across teams.
