We are looking for a Technologist to join our Technical team and help drive food safety and quality standards across the site. This role is all about keeping our Food Safety & Quality Management System up to date, supporting audits, managing technical data, and working closely with operations to ensure everything we do is safe, compliant, and customer-ready.
What you will be doing:
- Maintaining and updating QMS documentation
- Supporting audits, gap analysis, and corrective actions
- Managing internal audits and due diligence
- Tracking KPIs, complaints, and online reviews
- Promoting a strong food safety and quality culture
What we are looking for:
- Degree or experience in a food/manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confident communicator, great with people
- Good IT skills (Excel / Microsoft 365)
- HACCP or Internal Audit training (a bonus)
