Job Description

Site Engineering Manager This is an exciting time to join a growing food manufacturing business.

Who operate out of an impressive manufacturing facility capable of producing over 100+ million units per year.

Building on previous success, this year is set to be another exceptional year for them.

They are expanding their production facility with genuine opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the business.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join a rapidly growing business in South Hampshire.

You will be reporting into the Head of Operations, and you will lead a team of Multi-skilled Engineers who manage and maintain some of the latest production technology in the food industry.

You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving and delivering against strategy and leading continuous improvement.

The business is going through a period of investment and right now is a great time to join!Key Responsibilities Managing and developing a team of 15-20 Engineers Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the site-based engineering department Driving continuous improvement of engineering practices, standards and projects Legionella management Ensure the CMMS is operating efficiently Environmental compliance management Ensuring site service, production maintenance and projects are on track Knowledge, Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience within a fast-paced industrial engineering environment A people-focused management approach Working understanding of Health & Safety legislation Strong multi-skilled technical abilities Strong communicator A collaborative team player Package Base Salary - £80000 - £85000Life Assurance Annual Bonus Matched pensiongym membership We are looking for passionate people with a can-do attitude and an ambition to succeed.
