We are currently recruiting experienced Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FMCG / food manufacturing site in the Grimsby area. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Shifts Available: Days, evenings, and rotating shifts available.

The Role: You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production equipment through both planned and reactive maintenance, helping to minimise downtime and keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Reactive breakdown repairs
  • Fault finding on mechanical and/or electrical systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects
  • Working safely in line with food manufacturing standards

About You:

  • Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar environment
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills
  • Confident fault-finding under pressure
  • Team-focused with a proactive approach
  • Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ / HNC / apprenticeship or equivalent)
