As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will shape and lead the UK CI & Process Engineering strategy, delivering measurable wins in cost, productivity, quality, and service. You will orchestrate change across multiple sites, harmonising processes, building capability, and ensuring every part of the operation is performing at its very best.
You will champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, sponsor high-impact improvement initiatives, and lead smart capital investments that future-proof manufacturing systems and technology.
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Leading and delivering the UK Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned to business goals
- Developing annual CI plans and delivering tangible savings targets
- Facilitating Lean and Six Sigma initiatives that make a real difference
- Building and coaching a network of Lean champions across operations
- Standardising CI toolkits, processes, and training frameworks
- Spearheading structured CapEx and technology optimisation programmes
- Engaging suppliers and customers to unlock smarter, leaner value streams
- Reporting performance metrics to regional and global stakeholders
- Acting as a visible, credible change leader across strategic projects
- Elevating CI capability across UK sites and wider operations
What You Bring to the Stage:
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in manufacturing, operations or business
- 5+ years in Lean and/or Process Engineering across multi-site or regional environments
- Deep expertise in Lean tools (Six Sigma Black Belt highly desirable)
- Strong commercial acumen with analytical, data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with ERP, MRP, MES and MS Office systems
- A confident leader who motivates, influences and inspires at all levels
- A proven change agent who thrives in fast-paced, matrix environments
- The ability to juggle priorities, solve complex problems and deliver results
