Join us and you’ll be responsible for owning the outcomes for your team including recruiting, retaining and developing talent. You will be an ambassador of Stepstone UK and its brands, embodying our "Always Mission Possible" mindset. Working in the Enterprise Sales org, you will consistently drive excellent sales results by achieving KPIs, managing, coaching and motivating sales teams with empathy and care. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets, addressing underperformance constructively and implementing timely development or training interventions.
- Translate the Stepstone Group vision and commercial strategy into clear team priorities, goals and actions, fostering alignment and shared ownership of delivery.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasting through a thorough understanding of pipeline health and conversion.
- Create a culture of trust, psychological safety and accountability by listening actively, understanding motivations, and encouraging open dialogue and feedback.
- Identify, plan and execute local commercial opportunities to grow revenue, increase customer loyalty and strengthen market presence.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years people management experience within a similar solutions-led sales environment.
- Proven new business sales background (ideally midmarket/enterprise) with consistent delivery of results is essential.
- Thrives in challenging environments where there’s real opportunity to build, develop and drive best practice to elevate teams and outcomes.
- Strong capability in pipeline creation, forecasting and performance management.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of rate cards, discount structures and market dynamics.
