The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for ensuring that approvals, pricing and discounts are controlled to enable the best commercial decisions to be made. Working in the Commercial Enablement department, you will also gain knowledge of competitive pricing strategies to ensure that our sales teams are fully equipped to maximise all available revenue opportunities, monitoring and reporting on these. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for all new business approvals and policing.
- Work closely with Sales and Sales managers on complex deals, renewal proposals and potential new business deals.
- Monitor, report and audit on pricing, discounts and quotes.
- Identify areas of opportunity in collaboration with SLT and Sales & Client Strategy Team.
- Provide regular training to new joiners and support with ad hoc training as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience of sales processes and/or sales operations.
- Analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail.
- Salesforce & Excel skills.
- Comfortable in policing sales pricing and discounts.
