Opening and closing the pub when required.
Supervising staff and allocating duties.
Serving customers and maintaining excellent customer service.
Managing the bar and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Handling cash and operating the till system accurately.
Checking stock and helping with deliveries and stock rotation.
Ensuring licensing, health & safety and pub procedures are followed.
Dealing with customer queries and any issues that arise.
Supporting with the general running of the pub.
Helping create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Taking responsibility for the pub when cover days off and holidays.
