The Opportunity

As a Service Delivery Coordinator you will join a telecoms company responsible for next‑generation wireless infrastructure. Base Salary £40k – Fully Remote – HQ in London (occasionally travel to London for team meetings).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all customer tickets via Jira and customer portals (VMO2, BT)
  • Triage faults, ensuring correct categorisation, prioritisation, and allocation to internal teams or term contractors
  • Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for customers on all break‑fix and service‑related issues
  • Coordinate site access, materials, and scheduling for corrective works with the Build team, ensuring maximum efficiency between build, break‑fix, and maintenance activities
  • Manage term contractor purchase orders, invoicing, and general administration

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in telecoms network build and maintenance
  • Experience working with Jira ticketing or a similar service management tool
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to balance the needs of customers, contractors, and internal teams
