We are supporting a well‑established engineering and manufacturing business to appoint a Health & Safety Manager. This isn’t a clipboard role. It’s a genuine ownership brief leading Health & Safety across both manufacturing operations in Birkenhead and site‑based service teams across the UK. You will report directly to the Managing Directors, with the autonomy to shape systems, influence behaviour and embed standards that actually work in the real world.
