The Stephen Longfellow Academy in Leeds seeks a Reading Intervention Lead to drive our whole-academy reading strategy and foster a culture of reading for pleasure. You will lead targeted interventions, develop a dedicated reading team and impact pupils’ literacy outcomes and life chances.
You will collaborate with colleagues across The GORSE Academies Trust to ensure every pupil develops the skills, confidence and enthusiasm to become a successful reader and to support reading across the academy.
