This is a key position within the Academy, combininghigh-quality classroom teaching with leadership responsibilities that supportour commitment to inclusive education. The successful candidate will inspireand challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4, enabling them to achievetheir full potential, while working alongside the SENDCo to coordinate andenhance provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.They will play a pivotal role in promoting high standards of achievement,supporting staff, students and families, and ensuring that all learners receivethe support they need to thrive academically, socially and personally.
Potentialapplicants:
- A colleaguewith a successful record of teaching with strong examination results at one ormore of KS3 & KS4 (applicants who have already gained Qualified TeacherStatus).
Applicants should also have:
- A detailedknowledge of current developments in education including the effective use ofthe Pupil Premium.
The ability to put vision into practice.
