Interim Commercial Lawyer (Marketing) | 12-Month Contract | Global Consumer Brand

Are you a commercially minded lawyer with strong marketing and advertising experience looking for a high-impact in-house role? This is a standout opportunity to support a fast-moving global business on key EMEA marketing and commercial initiatives. We’re partnering with a leading international organisation seeking a Commercial & Marketing Counsel to advise on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional campaigns.

What you’ll do:

  • Advise on EMEA marketing and advertising law (consumer, IP, privacy, pricing).
  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (sponsorship, agency, partnerships).
  • Support campaigns end-to-end with marketing and comms teams.
  • Review and approve consumer-facing content.
  • Collaborate with global legal teams on cross-border projects.
  • Develop templates, playbooks, and processes.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 5+ PQE with strong commercial and marketing/advertising experience.
  • Private practice and/or in-house background (consumer/tech preferred).
  • Pragmatic, confident, and effective in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial judgment.
  • UK or EU qualified (languages a plus).
