Our client, a well-established financial services business, is seeking a Junior Company Secretary to join their team on an initial 2–3 month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with prior company secretarial experience looking to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day company secretarial matters across the business
  • Preparing board packs, agendas, minutes, and resolutions
  • Maintaining statutory books and corporate records
  • Supporting with Companies House filings and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Coordinating meetings and assisting with governance-related administration
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and service providers as required
  • Providing general support to the legal and governance function

Candidate Requirements:

  • Between 6 months and 4 years of company secretarial experience
