A leading global financial advisory firm is seeking a commercially minded transactional lawyer to join its Legal team, supporting its highly regarded Private Capital Advisory business.
This is a unique opportunity to become embedded within a market-leading deal team, providing legal support across complex private capital transactions and working directly with senior stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted legal adviser, supporting deals from initial mandate through to execution and closing.
This is a role for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the business, understanding commercial objectives and providing practical, solutions-focused advice.
