A leading blue chip organisation is seeking a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join its high-performing in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded paralegal to gain exposure to a broad range of complex commercial matters within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Supporting the legal team on supplier, customer, and service contracts
  • Assisting with NDAs, terms and conditions, procurement agreements, and framework agreements
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders across various business functions
  • Conducting legal research and preparing internal guidance notes
  • Managing contract workflows and maintaining legal documentation systems
  • Supporting on wider regulatory and compliance matters as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ideally 1–3 years’ experience within commercial contracts, either in-house or in private practice
  • Strong drafting and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • A commercial and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across the business
