The Opportunity

  • You will advise on a broad range of debt investments and financing structures, including:
    • Corporate lending
    • Trade and supply chain finance
    • Risk participations
    • Structured and innovative financing arrangements
    • Sustainable and impact-focused investments
  • Working closely with investment professionals, you will support transactions from origination through to execution and portfolio management, providing commercially focused legal advice on high-profile international matters.

Candidate Profile

  • England & Wales or New York qualified lawyer
  • 4+ years' PQE
  • Strong banking and finance experience gained at a leading international law firm and/or financial institution
  • Experience advising on cross-border lending and debt transactions
  • Familiarity with LMA documentation
  • Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience within development finance, trade finance, structured finance, sustainable finance or debt capital markets would be advantageous but is not essential.
