We are currently working with a number of leading investment management and alternative asset management clients who are planning strategic legal hires within their London teams. These opportunities sit within broad, commercially focused legal functions and offer exposure across areas including:

  • Fund formation and fund structuring matters
  • Investment management and commercial agreements
  • Regulatory and advisory work across asset management platforms
  • Product launches and strategic business initiatives
  • Corporate governance and cross-border matters

We are particularly keen to speak with funds lawyers with experience across private markets, ideally from a credit and/or private equity funds background. We would also be interested in speaking with corporate lawyers who have had meaningful exposure to fund-related work and are looking to transition into a broader in-house asset management role.
