Key Responsibilities

• Support governance requirements across a varied portfolio of entities, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal obligations.
• Coordinate routine board and committee cycles, including preparing agendas, collating papers, and drafting clear, accurate minutes.
• Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, filings, and governance documentation.
• Assist with entity lifecycle matters, including incorporations, restructurings, and dissolutions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure timely execution of governance tasks.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements of governance frameworks, processes, and controls.
• Provide support on governance-related projects and respond to ad-hoc queries as required.
