They are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to take ownership of their global entity structure, supporting governance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing the company secretarial function across international entities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and best practice across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting on governance matters and helping the business scale in a controlled and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the global entity structure across international entities
