The firm is now seeking an Commercial Lawyer to join its Commercial practice in London for a six-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

You\’ll support a busy Technology team on a mix of tech-focused and commercial contracting work, contributing to a wide range of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a variety of technology and commercial agreements

• Assisting on projects involving digital, operational or tech-led change

• Working with colleagues across multiple sectors and practice areas

• Engaging directly with clients and helping to manage risk

• Contributing to team development, know-how and wider initiatives

About You

• Qualified lawyer with solid commercial/technology experience

• Confident handling complex contracts with minimal supervision

• Strong communicator with good client-facing skills

• Able to manage your own workload and support wider team matters

• Comfortable working across different sectors and jurisdictions

• Collaborative, adaptable and proactive
