Key Responsibilities- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:
- Supplier and service agreements
- Marketing, sponsorship and partnership contracts
- Technology, SaaS and platform agreements
- Data protection and privacy-related documentation
- Advise on customer-facing terms and digital products
- Partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, tech and compliance
- Support on regulatory, advertising and consumer law matters
- Assist on strategic business initiatives, including potential M&A activity
- Contribute to improving legal processes, contract management and operational efficiency
- England & Wales qualified with c.4PQE+
- Trained and qualified at a recognised City law firm
- Strong academic background
- Strong grounding in commercial contracts gained within private practice
